Energy efficient lighting for De Zorgboog

"Woonservicezone Liessel" (Domestic service zone Liessel) has realized a number of new group homes for psycho geriatric patients. The home and its surroundings are fitted with durable, contemporary elements which ensure a high quality of living. Part of the energy efficient approach is the decision to apply LED lighting throughout the entire building. A remarkable feature of this project is that the installed International LightACTS fittings are modified to make them suitable for the application of DecaLED® High Power Replacement Bulbs. Omega Light designed the concept and, in collaboration with Lagotronics, managed to finalise it into the applied modifications.
The TEC II and TEC IV QRB fittings, equipped with DecaLED® High Power AR.111 LED light sources, proved to be the fittings of choice for use in the various living rooms. Most of these are attached to a HV 3-phase voltage rail. In addition, the Barro Up-Down with fitted DecaLED® High Power GU10 replacement bulbs are used. The sanitary rooms are illuminated with Twintube fittings, again equipped with energy efficient and durable LED light sources.
