curveLED brightens up Zomerparkfeest 2008

The Zomerparkfeest (summer park festival) 2008 took place from 7-10 August 2008 at the Julianapark in Venlo, the Netherlands. This yearly, freely accessible festival in the heart of Venlo has since long been home to thousands of visitors, top of the bill artists and support from Lagotronics BV, being Diamond+ sponsor of this event. Every year, the 20 metres wide main stage is equipped with the latest in LED lighting to provide the right ambiance to the diversity of performers.
This year, we chose to decorate the stage with the revolutionary curveLED® videowall system. This modular system was rapidly installed onto the stage trussing by a small team of technicians. The video signal is transported from the audio/light tower to the stage using a fibreglass cable. Besides notices and visual effects, live video was displayed on the screen, which was divided in three seperate surfaces.
