LagoLED®: professional LED lighting technology

Lagotronics has been active in the field of LED lighting since 1995, initially researching and developing demos and applications for our clients. Due to extensive research we soon discovered the immense potential of LED lighting. That’s why Lagotronics introduced the product line LagoLED® in 2001.

LagoLED® was one of the first product lines on the market, and swiftly grew to be one of the leading brands in LED lighting technology. In this original product line there were just three products, the LagoLED® FIX, the LagoLED® DOT and the LagoLED® FIX/DOT Controller. The LagoLED® FIX and DOT were originally developed for television shows in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Within a very short period of time we mastered the technology to control, develop and manufacture various technologies, including the technology we call “TV-proof”. This means that our LEDs don’t cause interference on your television screen. During these productions we developed the LagoLED® RGB Strip including several control options, making it the first DMX controllable LED strip with COB technology. At the time it had the best quality and light intensity available on the market.
LagoLED® RGB Strips were soon implemented into big events and shows, making Lagotronics the Dutch market leader in LED rental. Based on this product, we developed the LagoLED® DEKO Panel which is known for its unique characteristics such as the brightly-lit panels, which are nearly transparent when switched off and can be customized to the client’s liking.

In 2003, Lagotronics introduced DMX-i technology. By giving our products a unique ID number, we were able to control our LED products directly using DMX or the DMX-i protocol. This made drivers obsolete and reduced costs significantly.

Lagotronics has been specializing in customized LED projects since 2005. Using many years of experience and dedication to tried and tested LED lighting solutions, we are able to provide a customized solution for nearly every design. Today Lagotronics and LagoLED® focus on the development and production of high-end LED systems, combining our 11 years of experience and extensive knowledge with strategic partners like Trespa International and OEM production for third parties.
