RMA-form for return sendings

Lagotronics can only accept your return sending if you supply a return form at the exterior of the packaging. You can request this the RMA-form at our International Sales-department. The document will be send to you by via fax or e-mail.

Goods returned without a clearly visible RMA-form on the exterior of the packaging will not be refunded. We levy an administrative charge of 10% on all refunds. If you have a good reason for returning an item, we ask you to let us know upon request of the RMA-form.
