The RMA form for return sendings

Lagotronics can only accept your return sending if you apply a return form to the exterior of the packaging. You can request this so-called RMA form at our sales department. We will then send it you via fax or e-mail.

All goods returned without a clearly visible RMA form on the exterior of the packaging will not be refunded. We levy an administrative charge of 10% on all refunds. If you have a good reason for returning the item, you may let us know upon request of the RMA form.
