DecaLED® Controller 3
During the development of the DecaLED® Controller 2, demand for 24VDC control units increased, making the development of a 24VDC controller necessary. This resulted in the production of the DecaLED® Controller 3 with a built-in 300W PSU that can control big numbers of various 24VDC LED products. The DecaLED® Controller 3 is an ideal example of ongoing development in the DecaLED® range, combining the quality of pre-selected high quality production and experience gained with the developments in the LagoLED® range.
Like its smaller brother - the DecaLED® Controller 2 - it has various setup possibilities built-in and can be used in nearly every installation using LED lighting fixtures based on 24VDC. By combining both standalone functions and DMX control, it can handle nearly every task. The DecaLED® Controller 3 has 10 built-in programs which can be adjusted in speed, intensity and fade time using the DecaLED® Setup-Tool. The extended possibility to control all outputs separately through DMX makes the DecaLED® Controller 3 a competitive and interesting item to be included in high-profile installations. The outputs and DMX in and output are now equipped with screw-terminals making swift and accurate installation possible. Another unique positive feature is the integration of MOSFETs that make short circuits and their potentially dangerous effects impossible.
Like the DecaLED® Controller 1 and DecaLED® Controller 2, it has a built-in PSU of 12.5 Amp potentially capable of providing 300 Watts. This makes it possible to connect various products in the DecaLED® and even LagoLED® product range. For wiring and daisy chaining regulations, please note the diagram shown below.
A very interesting accessory is the unique Control Remote in combination with the infrared eye. The Control Remote makes it possible to adjust the colour or preset program of your installation with the press of a button, making it very easy to change colours and so changing the total atmosphere in a room, restaurant or even complete facades. With the supplied extension IR eye, it is possible to mount the controller above the ceiling and install the IR eye in a wall or roof. Note that the Control Remote can also be used for other controllers and in combination with the DecaLED® IR eye.
