Because of our diverse product ranges with, in some cases, complex background, we will answer the frequently asked questions about our products, services and company here.

Will you sell to individuals?
No, Lagotronics is a wholesale trader and will not supply to individuals. We do offer the possibility to direct you to an installer who is familiar with our product ranges.

Will you make light calculations?
Yes, but only to assist installers and light designers with placement of fixtures in the Relux software package. Lagotronics doesn't create light designs, but does offer facillities and knowledge to support our distributors in their designs.

Can we order a demo set?
We have several demo sets available for LED products from the Lagotronics LED product ranges. Fixtures from the International Lightacts range will not be supplied as demo set. You can order these products regularly and, if you wish, return them using an RMA form. The ususal restocking costs (10%) can be negotiated with your sales contact.

How can I become a customer.
If you can supply us with your company details and VAT number (for companies based in the EU) we can enter you into our system as a customer. You will then receive our terms of service and your account number. We might ask you to send your business card or to ask about the authority to sign of the applicant.

Can you supply product descriptions and manuals in my desired language?
We have Dutch translations for nearly all International Lightacts and AV product manuals. Many LED products still only have an English manual.
Lagotronics is making an effort to translate all its documentation. We can have product descriptions and manuals translated on your request. Please contact our sales department for more information.

Do you have sales representatives?
Yes, Lagotronics has about 4 representatives. Each of these has its own specialism, but is also well informed about our other product ranges. We have sales representatives specialising in the following product ranges: International Lightacts, LagoLED, DecaLED, ReGuard and Audiovisual.

How fast can you supply your products?
This depends on the product range. Usually we ship within two working days.
International Lightacts products can usually be supplied the next day on the condition that you order before 10:00 and your order is valued at least €100. For orders valued lower than €100, the customer has the option of having their products supplied within 5 working days or pay for courier/express costs.
The LagoLED and DecaLED products can be supplied the next day in most cases. Lagotronics is making an effort to supply all products the next day.
Audiovisual products can be supplied after several working days, on the condition that sales terms have been met.
All other products are partly on stock and in part directly suppliable from the manufacturer. Contact your sales department or your sales contact directly for more information.

Do you have products on stock in Venlo?
We have a limited supply of International Lightacts products on stock in Venlo. These are normally supplied directly from the manufacturer to Dutch customers.
LagoLED and DecaLED products are all on stock in Venlo, since Lagotronics is the manufacturer.
We keep our stock of audiovisual products intentionally low in Venlo because of the short lifetime cycle of these products.

Do you have technical details about... ?
Various technical schematics are available on this site. You can also find a similar schematic in the packaging of all our products. If you encounter any problems please contact our sales department.
